Good programs need a strong backbone. Behind our training sits the infrastructure that lets funders and partners hand us real responsibility.
We manage donor funds and grant them onward to community-based organisations and women-led groups, with the financial controls, segregated approvals and reporting that responsibility demands. We track our outcomes through monitoring and evaluation systems built to international standard. We coordinate across government, grassroots organisations and institutional funders, keeping everyone aligned around shared goals. And we hold working relationships with county and national government that we have built ourselves, over years of showing up.
